Job Description
We are now looking for a Doctoral Researcher to join us in the Process Metallurgy Research Unit at the Faculty of Technology. The university offers a vibrant research environment with collaboration opportunities and a focus on innovative metallurgy research. The position involves experimental work on a laboratory scale, combining process metallurgy, materials characterization, and computational analysis. The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in materials science, chemical engineering, or related fields, with interest in metallurgical research and strong communication skills in English. Proficiency in Finnish is an advantage but not mandatory. The salary is approximately 2600-3000 € per month before taxes, for a fixed-term of 3 years.
