Inside Sales Specialist for DACHSER in Vantaa - Armstrong HML Oy - Vantaa, Finland

We are now seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for our client DACHSER Finland Oy: Inside Sales Specialist at DACHSER Air & Sea Logistics office in Vantaa. Success in this role requires initiative, proactivity, and genuine interest in sales and customer service. Responsibilities include customer service for sales, handling requests for quotes and transportation bookings, support for field sales including pricing, proposals, and various processes, managing customer portfolio in internal sales and upselling, maintaining customer data in CRM system, collaboration with billing, other stakeholders, and DACHSER units, customer communication, reporting, customer onboarding, and coordination of campaigns, customer events, and other activities. Requirements include good command of Excel (handling large files, formulas, and pivot tables), fluent written and spoken English and Finnish (minimum C1 level Finnish), systematic work approach, thoroughness, accuracy, ability to lead oneself, proactive and enthusiastic approach, enjoyment of customer service and sales work, and excellent interpersonal skills.
