Job Description
The role involves supporting the Land Coordinator in daily activities related to cable land HV system installation at international sites. Responsibilities include coordinating manpower and equipment, liaising with project management, attending site visits, interfacing with clients, planning activities, ensuring compliance with QHSE standards, collaborating with site managers, supervising documentation, and providing technical and logistic support. Fluent in English and Italian, with up to 2 years of experience in construction or project engineering, a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, leadership skills, good communication, analytical problem-solving, and teamwork skills are required. The position offers a permanent contract, hybrid work (8 days/month), flexible hours, health insurance, transportation support, annual bonus, and share plans. The role is based in Milan, Italy.
