Job Description
Korn Ferry is seeking a Recruiter to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. The position requires experience in full cycle recruitment, stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. The role is hybrid, with three days onsite at Bangsar South City and two days WFH. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment services, ensuring diversity, and maintaining client satisfaction.
