Senior Solution Architect (Remote, United States, CST/EST) - M-Files Oy - Remote - Global

As a Sr. Solution Architect, you are a key part of the Consulting Services team and will play a critical role in driving our success. You will serve as Subject Matter and Solution Expert in M-Files software and Systems Integration. You will serve as the Design and Technical Lead on Key Customer engagements and work closely with the Customer and Project Team to discuss customer needs and design solutions to satisfy those requirements. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying solutions, reviewing requirements, overseeing delivery validation, coordinating with project management and consultants, mentoring junior members, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work with diverse industries, gain exposure to AI-native solutions, and have the autonomy to lead projects. Qualifications include 5+ years in solution architecture, systems integration, enterprise software consulting, or related fields, experience with enterprise information management, and strong communication skills.
