Job Description
Performing tests at Vilnius testing laboratory and construction sites. Most tests are physical and mechanical, described in testing standards. Gain practical and theoretical knowledge by working with experienced staff: conduct tests in the laboratory with stationary equipment, such as determining sand permeability to water, bitumen content in asphalt, asphalt properties, or density. Also, visit construction sites to perform tests, take samples, and assess if asphalt can be laid on crushed stone layers. Requirements include higher education, preferably in road engineering or other technical fields; basic English skills; computer skills with MS Office, especially Excel; B category driving license; qualities like honesty, independence, responsibility, punctuality, thoroughness, and receptiveness; experience in road testing labs is a plus.
