Job Description
Join us in Keminmaa municipality for the "Elinvoimaa ja turvallista arkea Keminmaan kylille - Yhessä Kylillä" Leader project as a village developer. The project aims to enhance village safety and preparedness as part of daily life, increasing well-being and community vitality. The fixed-term employment lasts 11 months. Your responsibilities: As a project coordinator / village developer, you will plan, organize, and implement local activities in villages and assist community groups in addressing current challenges. You will also strengthen the resilience, safety, preparedness, well-being, and vitality of Keminmaa’s villages and residents through various measures. You will be responsible for project management, reporting, and communication. You will work actively with village coordinators, village activists, and village/household associations. Qualifications: We expect proactive and development-oriented work approach, good interaction and collaboration skills. Communication, organizational, and facilitation skills are valued. Suitable education and experience in project work and project management are required. Experience with Leader projects is considered an advantage. Experience in preparedness and safety issues at the organizational or association level is a plus. The work includes evening and weekend hours. Use of personal car is necessary. We offer: Partial remote work options. Epassi benefits for sports, culture, and meals. Salary ranges from €3,055.55 to €3,300 per month based on work experience.
