We are looking for a well-known and busy "Malmi legend" in Helsinki, Sports Bar Konja. Energetic and people-oriented. We offer a permanent, full-time position for someone who enjoys working at the heart of customer service, can lead a team with a positive attitude, and understands the practical aspects of restaurant operations. In your role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, guiding staff, developing the customer experience, and ensuring profitable business operations together with the team. As a restaurant manager, you will be a visible part of daily activities and actively work with customers, especially in evening and weekend shifts. We expect from you: Previous experience in supervisory or responsible roles in the restaurant industry; Good communication and customer service skills; Ability to lead a team with an encouraging and firm approach; Understanding of restaurant profitability and sales; A proactive work attitude and desire to develop operations. We consider it an advantage: Knowledge of the alcohol-serving restaurant environment; Experience working evening and night shifts in a restaurant; Interest in events, sports, and sports bar culture.
