Sales associate

We are seeking two part-time sales associates to join Biltema in Lappeenranta, working at both Biltema Cafe and the store. Positions are permanent with average 15 hours per week. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service at the cafe and in-store, cash handling, stocking, unloading shipments, and keeping the store tidy. Requirements: sales and customer-service mindset, ability to communicate well, being of legal age, willingness to work mornings, evenings, and weekends, and hygienic certification or willingness to obtain one (we provide training). Prior experience in retail customer service and cafe operations is advantageous. Finnish and/or Swedish language skills to serve customers. We offer a responsible and varied position within an international department store, café and store operations, a friendly work atmosphere, thorough onboarding, and potential for long-term employment and growth in a large company.
