Salespeople for Biltema in Lappeenranta and Biltema Cafée

We are seeking two energetic part-time salespeople to work at the Biltema department store in Lappeenranta, where Biltema Cafe is also in operation. The roles involve a mix of cafe and store duties, including customer service, cash register tasks, unloading shipments, stocking shelves, and keeping the store tidy. The positions are permanent with an average of 15 hours per week. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service in both the store and the cafe, handling cash, preparing and presenting cafe items, and maintaining cleanliness. Requirements include customer service orientation, good communication skills, being of legal age for our products, willingness to work morning, evening, and weekend shifts, hygienic passport or willingness to obtain one (employer provides training), and prior retail and cafe experience is a plus. Finnish and/or Swedish language skills enabling service to customers in various situations are needed. We offer a responsible and varied position within an international department store chain, cafe and store operations, an encouraging work environment, thorough onboarding, and potential for long-term employment and advancement. The wage follows the Trade Collective Agreement, with hourly pay depending on experience and education (11.16 – 14.93 €/h) plus evening/weekend allowances. Start date as per agreement.
