Senior Software Engineer (Cloud ETL & Data) - Bentley Systems - Remote - Global

We are seeking a data-centric Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and evolve the core of our iModel Cloud Sync Services. This role is part of our Infrastructure Cloud team and will focus on developing reliable, large-scale cloud services that ingest, transform, and synchronize complex engineering data from multiple sources. The engineer will work hands-on with distributed systems and cloud-native technologies to solve complex data-synchronization problems, ensuring a seamless experience with digital twins. Responsibilities include designing scalable ETL pipelines, developing schema management strategies, building distributed systems using microservices and Azure, implementing resilience patterns, and mentoring junior engineers. Qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or similar, 7+ years of experience, strong Azure and microservices skills, and proficiency in C# .NET. Preferred experience includes workflow orchestration engines, data consistency patterns, infrastructure-as-code, and experience in the AEC domain. The role offers an attractive salary starting from 6,500 EUR gross, health insurance, professional development, and additional leave days. The position is based in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania, with hybrid work options.
