Safety Manager for Public Events - X-SEC GROUP OY - Turku, Finland

We are seeking a safety manager for our event assignments. The work begins immediately, and events are scheduled separately. After the summer season, there is an opportunity to deepen your role as part of our team if the work meets mutual expectations. Your tasks: You will work as a safety manager at public events, mainly organized along the Turku–Helsinki axis. We also organize events elsewhere in Finland (e.g., Kajaani, Vasa, Seinäjoki, Porvoo, Tampere, Kotka), so if you wish, we can offer you events in other locations. Conversely, it is also possible to work only in the Turku area if traveling does not suit you but you are otherwise suitable for the role. Your duties also include preparatory work before the event and interaction with authorities and organizers. Our event clients mainly include festivals, concerts, sports events, and corporate functions. We expect from you: You are a professional in the security field with experience as a safety manager at public events. You have good organizational skills and can execute the event from start to finish. The role requires your own car and readiness to travel to the event location. Experience in preparing safety and rescue plans is also desired but not mandatory.
