Service Advisor - Scania Group - Remote - Global

The Service Advisor role involves active promotion of service offerings, timely completion of workshop orders, collaboration with workshop staff, customer contact regarding orders, billing and invoicing, selling spare parts, working with insurance companies, and maintaining a positive service image. Requirements include experience in a similar customer-facing role, strong sales skills, good vehicle knowledge, technical education (minimum secondary), driving license B (C, D, E preferred), and excellent interpersonal skills.
