Construction Supervisor at Oinonen Construction Company, Helsinki - Rekry Group Oy

We are seeking a construction supervisor for a renovation project in Helsinki for our client company OIN (Oinonen Construction Company Ltd). This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, those with some site experience, and those looking to take the next step in their career. The project involves approximately 2,500 m² of renovation work, with an estimated duration of about five months. The intention is not to find a worker for just this project, so if the collaboration goes well, there is potential to continue with the company after the project. As a construction supervisor, you will be involved in the daily operations on-site. The role emphasizes the ability to manage tasks, communicate effectively with different parties, and ensure that the work progresses as planned and safely. Suitable candidates have some experience on construction sites but are primarily eager to develop their skills and grow as a site supervisor. We are looking for someone with initiative, a proactive attitude, and a friendly approach. The work will start quickly, from May 25, 2026. You can already live in Helsinki or be willing to relocate for the job. The client company can arrange accommodation for the first 12 months to help you settle in and find your own housing in the city.
