Fågelsången Daycare consists of five groups with children aged one to five. It is located at Klappträsk, a scenic area with forest and Aurora Park within walking distance. We have a large yard that offers children opportunities for movement with a view of Klappträsk. We have a dedicated gymnasium, and our five-year-olds participate in the Play and Movement Project in Kameljonten every other week, with guided gym sessions. Our staff also includes a daycare assistant who helps in all groups with daily activities. At Fågelsången Daycare, we value genuine commitment to developing pedagogical activities in accordance with the Small Child Pedagogy Plan. We work collaboratively around learning areas, based on children's interests. By observing and documenting children's play, we identify their areas of interest. Play has been a central theme throughout the year, and we will continue to work on play responsiveness, integrating play and learning. Our goal is for everyone—children and adults—to feel welcome at the daycare. Joy of work, collaboration, and open communication are key values. Our qualified teachers in early childhood education work according to annual working hours, with some planning time outside regular hours compensated with time off. We support staff in obtaining further qualifications and believe strongly in reflection and collegial learning. We are seeking an engaged and solution-oriented teacher responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating activities in collaboration with the team. You will also serve as team leader and pedagogical colleague. We value advanced knowledge of the Small Child Pedagogy Plan and the ability to connect it to daily work.
