Instructor (Fixed-term) - Aitoon Emäntäkoulu Oy - Pälkäne, Finland

Aitoon Training Center is a vocational special education institution with over 120 students requiring intensive special support across three locations during the school week. We are seeking a fixed-term instructor for the period from August 3, 2026, to June 4, 2027. The work is primarily daytime work from Monday to Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. At our organization, you will do meaningful work. You will have the opportunity to work with wonderful young people and experience joy from everyday successes. The most important qualities are being present, respectful engagement with young people, and providing encouragement during both good and difficult times. Strong interaction and collaboration skills, along with a positive and independent attitude, are essential. You will be supported by colleagues and our team organization. We expect from you: - Relevant education in social, health, or educational fields - Positive, energetic, flexible, and developmental work approach - Self-motivation and teamwork skills It is an advantage if you have: - Experience in nursing and practical nursing - Experience working with youth or special groups - Work experience with TELMA training - Special expertise such as autism spectrum support, neuropsychiatric rehabilitation, or mental health work - Experience in guiding recreational activities. The position has a four (4) month probation period.
