We are looking for snowmobile safari guides for the Lapland region for the winter season. The work offers the opportunity to combine snowmobiling, customer service, and Lapland's unique nature as part of your daily work. The duties of a snowmobile safari guide include receiving customers, equipping them, and guiding them before safaris. In your work, you will ensure customers are dressed safely and provide guidance on the use of snowmobiles. You will be responsible for guiding groups and ensuring safe progress in the terrain during safaris, and participate in maintaining general cleanliness in both customer facilities and nature. The work is versatile, responsible, and includes varying workdays according to the season. We hope for: - Previous work experience in the tourism industry (Experience with safaris is a plus, but not essential) - Snowmobile operating skills are beneficial and knowledge of the area is an advantage - Good language skills, as guests arrive from all over the world. English skills are essential and other language skills are a plus - Excellent interaction and customer service skills - B-driving license and first aid card are a plus - Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions - Flexibility in working hours, as the length of workdays may vary - EA1 training is considered an advantage. French and/or Spanish language skills are a great advantage in this position.
