Job Description
Korn Ferry is searching for a Recruiter to join our team in Texas! This is a contract role based in Texas with potential for hybrid work. The Recruiter will be responsible for candidate pipeline strategy, sourcing, and building talent pools. Key responsibilities include aligning sourcing activities with workforce plans, developing sourcing strategies, managing candidate relationships, and providing customer service. Requires 2+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, preferably in tech, with skills in market mapping, Boolean searches, ATS, and behavioral interviews. High School diploma required.
