HAMK is seeking a teaching assistant for sustainable development education for a permanent position starting August 3, 2026, at the Hämeenlinna University Centre. The teaching assistant's duties include assisting with teaching, supervising student project work, supporting teaching arrangements, and developing the education. Applicants are expected to have a suitable higher education degree, practical work experience, and readiness to engage with and guide students. Practical experience in the sustainability sector is valued. Good communication skills and willingness to develop in the role are required. The position is also suitable for recent graduates. Suitable educational backgrounds include, for example, a degree in environmental planning (AMK or YAMK), or degrees in environmental or sustainability science, environmental and energy engineering, or biology. The primary workplace is at the Hämeenlinna University Centre in Visamäki.
