We are looking for stable and structured employees for our factory in Skælskør, Denmark, where we produce and package products for well-known brands such as Den Gamle Fabrik, Bähncke, and Beauvais. The role involves operating machinery in production, ensuring high quality, efficiency, and safety. Tasks include monitoring and adjusting production and packaging lines, maintaining hygiene standards, documenting consumption and quality results in SAP, and meeting daily production goals. The work schedule is 37 hours over four days, Monday to Thursday, with fixed shifts in day and evening. Candidates should be team-oriented, reliable, structured, and experienced or educated in industrial operations, with technical flair and IT skills. Danish language skills are required, and physical ability to perform standing work is necessary.
