Substitutes are available in these units: Halikko, Salo: as soon as possible - 31.8.2026 Parainen: as soon as possible - 8.10.2026 Your tasks The goal of the work is to support clients in living at home. The work is diverse and based on the individual plan and goals of the client. In these units, your duties include implementing the rehabilitation plan, providing basic and medication care, as well as daily documentation and preparing care or service plans. What we expect from you You are interested in a rehabilitative approach and want to actively support the client's functional capacity. The job requires responsible and planned work, as well as the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. In Parainen, you should have good written and spoken skills in Finnish or Swedish, and a satisfactory skill in the other language. In Salo, good Finnish language skills are required. Experience in elderly services, a valid LOVe medication license, familiarity with the RAI assessment system, and good IT skills are considered an advantage. The qualification requirement for the position is a professional basic degree in social and health care (practical nurse) or an earlier school-level degree in the field, as well as a valid registration in JulkiTerhikki and JulkiSuosikki registers.
