We are looking for a Kitchen Service Supervisor for a permanent position at ABC Karjaa (30-37.5 hours/week). This job is suitable for someone who enjoys a fast-paced kitchen environment and has experience in such work, likes working with people, and can take responsibility even in busy situations. We often describe work and its nature with various phrases, but we believe there is nothing wrong with being completely normal. Here at ABC Karjaa, we say we have ordinary jobs. In this role: - perform daily kitchen tasks and ensure that food is prepared smoothly, with good quality, and on time - be responsible for the shift functioning in the kitchen and guide work as needed during the day - work with people and collaborate with the rest of the team in a good spirit - move around a lot, lift items, and work at a brisk pace, so good physical condition is beneficial - work in varying shifts during all opening hours of the traffic store, including holidays - require experience in kitchen work and the ability to take responsibility - serve customers in Finnish and Swedish, with Swedish skills considered an advantage. Previous experience with order systems is useful, but the most important thing is to approach work actively, keep track of the overall picture, and push things forward even when multiple tasks are ongoing in the kitchen.
