We are now looking for a new restaurant manager to lead this cheerful and dedicated team. Your key responsibilities include ensuring service quality according to the chain's concept, customer experience, staff recruitment, training and development, efficient shift planning, personnel management, as well as inventory and order management. Success in this role is supported by skills such as: - Strong ac-restaurant front-of-house skills in daily operations. Kitchen skills are an advantage. - Ability to make both customers and staff feel comfortable; genuinely caring about your work and colleagues. - Experience in supervisory roles within a restaurant environment. Lead by example with enthusiasm. Great to work with! - Ability to motivate and engage the team. - Passion for sales development, quality, and profitability. - Responsible, diligent, and reliable. - Understanding that in restaurant work, everyone, including managers, works all shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. - Willingness to learn and grow professionally. - Finnish and English language skills.
