Our reception serves our sports, leisure, and corporate clients year-round and around the clock. We are known for our service attitude and smile. We work with dedication at the reception, representing Eerikkilä’s customer service and ensuring each guest’s comfort. Our goal is to provide our customers with outstanding experiences, and we expect a positive and customer-oriented attitude from you as well. As a receptionist, your responsibilities include: Handling various customer service tasks: welcoming guests, accommodating them, guiding during their visit, managing reservations, and supporting reception-related work. Providing customer service face-to-face, by phone, email, chat, and other electronic channels. Managing the café and shop located near the reception. Collaborating closely with meeting services, preparing facilities for meeting groups, and assisting with technical equipment. The position involves two-shift work from 7 am to 9 pm. Please note that public transportation to Eerikkilä is unavailable, so a personal vehicle is necessary.
