We are seeking a technical property maintenance worker in the Turku area to ensure the functionality of properties. In this role, you will ensure that building technology functions properly in daily operations and proactively address faults and repairs. What does the work include? - Monitoring and adjusting heating, ventilation, and other building technology systems - Managing building automation and technical systems - Troubleshooting and repairing faults - Using maintenance logs and reading meters - Preventive maintenance and repairs - Customer interactions and practical problem-solving - The work also includes technical on-call duties, scheduled separately. The work is independent, but you are not alone. You will be supported by an experienced team. What do we expect from you? - Experience in technical building maintenance - Proactive and responsible work attitude - Ability to solve practical problems - Customer service orientation and clear communication skills - B driving license A relevant qualification is considered an advantage (professional or basic qualification in property maintenance).
