Gardener/Horticulturist for Flower Warehouse - LTP Logistics Oy - Vantaa, Finland

Are you interested in working with flowers? Have you completed a basic qualification in horticulture or graduated as a horticulturist? We are looking for a person with horticultural training or a basic qualification in horticulture for a long-term position at our client's flower warehouse in Vantaa Viinikkala. The job involves quality inspection, handling, receiving, and collecting various plants and flowers. Additionally, customer service via email is part of the job. The work is mainly performed on weekdays and Saturday mornings from 7 am to 4 pm, but there may be occasional shifts in the season, including morning and evening shifts (from 6 am to 10 pm). There are 4-5 shifts per week. The salary is paid according to the Kauppa Collective Agreement, depending on experience and education (€13.33-15.26/hour) + shift allowances. Applicants are required to have a basic qualification in horticulture or horticultural training, fluent Finnish language skills, and the ability to perform physical work. Previous experience in warehouse tasks is considered an advantage but is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided. We value a positive attitude, flexibility, and initiative.
