Lead Expert, System Manager, Istekki Oy - Experis - Helsinki, Finland

We are a multidisciplinary team that values expertise, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. We are now looking for a Lead Expert in the role of System Manager. The System Manager is responsible for the quality, functionality, and usability of designated system entities during development and maintenance phases, including critical hospital systems such as self-registration, speech recognition, infertility treatment, and health records. You will lead your own area of expertise, ensure service quality in maintenance and development, and coordinate with your production line organization. You will be a key link between the customer and IT suppliers, participating in various maintenance and development projects. Your core tasks include managing the roadmap, ensuring quality and compliance, leading problem-solving, implementing requirements and legislation, ensuring data security and privacy, collaborating with stakeholders, mentoring, and guiding customer needs according to ITIL principles. You need experience with critical hospital systems, analytical thinking, project management skills, good communication, knowledge of social and health legislation, experience with capacity solutions and integrations, understanding of data security and GDPR, at least 5 years of ICT experience, and a degree in information technology or equivalent skills. The position is based in Finland with remote work possibilities. The salary range is 4400–5500 €/month, depending on skills and experience.
