Thin Sheet Metal Factory Unit Manager - Laukamo Group Oy - Somero, Finland

We are looking for a unit manager responsible for the daily management and development of our thin sheet metal production. We expect you to have relevant education and several years of experience in production management. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Daily production management and reporting. - Supervisory work and skills development of personnel. - Improving production efficiency, quality, and delivery reliability. - Promoting productivity and continuous improvement as a results-oriented unit manager. - Collaboration with sales, planning, procurement, and customers. We hope you have: - Experience in production management in industry. - Understanding of thin sheet metal manufacturing (punching, laser cutting, bending, welding, powder coating, etc.). - Proven track record of development and process improvement. - Ability to lead people decisively and encouragingly. - Problem-solving skills and a desire to continuously develop operations.
