IT Recruiter - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

Korn Ferry is searching for a Recruiter. As a member of Korn Ferry, the Recruiter will build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients. This role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activities. The Recruiter is the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness. Key Responsibilities include creating and executing multi-channel sourcing strategies, managing client relationships, conducting role briefings, following recruitment processes, using competency interviewing, and effectively communicating opportunities. Required skills include 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, client-facing experience, competency/behavioral interview skills, IT recruiting experience, sourcing methodologies, and a high school diploma.
