Home Care Assistant in Humana Home and Disability Services Team - Humana - Helsinki, Finland

Humana Avopalvelut is expanding its home and disability services team in the Helsinki metropolitan area and is now recruiting home care assistants. The team provides social welfare and child protection services, as well as home-based disability services. The work involves supporting clients in their daily activities, including childcare, light domestic tasks, and support for disabled clients at their homes. The role is independent, flexible, and involves travel between clients' homes. The work hours are weekdays from 7 am to 10 pm, with evening and weekend shifts available. The position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a positive impact on families' lives. The team operates across Helsinki, West Uusimaa, Vantaa-Kerava, Eastern Uusimaa, and Central Uusimaa, with a focus on Helsinki and Vantaa. The ideal candidate is a qualified social or health care professional, preferably a practical nurse, with Valvira registration, good communication skills, and a caring attitude. A driver's license and own car are advantageous but not mandatory. The salary is between €2449.58 and €2649.79 per month, depending on experience, with additional benefits including occupational health care, sports and culture benefits, and employee discounts.
