Description of our operations Our nursing team is looking for reinforcements for interesting, meaningful, and rewarding tasks in our specialty. On ward S5A, we treat demanding spinal surgery patients, most of whom currently arrive via the emergency department. Additionally, the ward treats orthopedic-traumatological emergency patients. Our patient profile includes bone tumor surgery patients, and our ward's care responsibility includes national care for pelvic bone tumor patients. Acute spinal cord injury patients in the HUS area are treated on our ward until they are transferred to a demanding rehabilitation inpatient unit. What we hope for Experience and expertise in surgical nursing are an advantage, but not essential. Your motivation and initiative are primary. No one is left alone; we treat patients in teams following a partner model and multidisciplinarity, which is why good interaction and cooperation skills are important. You will work in the Operative Result Area, where nurses collaborate in changing emergency situations to ensure safe patient care.
