We are now looking for Construction Project Managers Specialists in data centers and industry to boldly build a better future with us! We seek skilled individuals to solve the challenges of construction management for data center and industrial projects in interesting projects within a growing and development-oriented work community. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of an industrial/data center project from planning to execution. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, actively collaborating with designers, contractors, and authorities to ensure the best possible customer experience. You will seamlessly combine design, construction, and decision-making into a cohesive whole. You will be responsible for schedule, cost, and quality management. You will represent the client in the project, participate in contract negotiations, and respond promptly to deviations, minimizing their impacts. The role requires a driver’s license and access to a car. The designated work locations are Espoo, Tampere, Oulu, Turku, Kuopio, Joensuu, or Lappeenranta. Success in this role requires experience in construction management and/or design, and at least five years of relevant experience. You should have a suitable degree, and a formal construction manager qualification (RAP, RAPS) is considered an advantage. Fluent Finnish language skills, both spoken and written, are required; on an international market, we are also interested in candidates who can work in English.
