Excavator Supervisor for Kerava - Takuurekry Oy - Kerava, Finland

Our client company is a family business with long-standing experience in the industry, seeking an excavator supervisor for the Kerava area. In this role, you will assist the excavator operator with earthworks and ensure smooth progress on the construction site through practical tasks. The position is suitable if you enjoy outdoor work, take initiative, and are capable of physical labor. Previous experience in earthworks is a plus, but the most important qualities are a proactive attitude, common sense, and a willingness to learn. What we expect: Interest in the earthworks industry, good physical condition and readiness to perform practical outdoor tasks, initiative and common sense, positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team, previous experience in similar roles is considered an advantage.
