Tesseract: Head of Finance - aTalent - Helsinki, Finland

Tesseract, a leading Finnish digital asset investment company, is seeking a Head of Finance to lead and develop the finance function. You will take full ownership of Tesseract's financial operations, reporting directly to the COO and working closely with the CEO and other executives. You will oversee all aspects of financial planning, reporting, and control, ensuring that the company's financial management supports its continued growth, regulatory compliance, and strategic objectives. You will also act as the team lead for one Controller. This position combines hands-on work with strategic foresight and is suitable for a finance professional with a strong operational background and problem-solving skills. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable financial processes leveraging AI (Claude), managing audits and regulatory compliance, driving financial reporting, leading budgeting and forecasting, and collaborating with various teams to expand the finance function.
