We are now seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to strengthen our team in Central Uusimaa, Hyvinkää, and Riihimäki, focusing on industrial and/or construction staffing solutions. In this role, you will be a visible player in your market and a key partner for your clients. Sales Manager Responsibilities Your daily work combines sales, customer relationship development, and identifying new business opportunities. You will be responsible for your own clients: building trust, developing long-term cooperation, and ensuring your clients receive staffing solutions tailored to their needs. However, you will not just be a salesperson. You listen to clients, understand their daily operations, and identify business bottlenecks. You can see beyond the surface and offer solutions that genuinely help your clients succeed – with our services. Client acquisition is a central part of your role. You actively operate in the markets of Central Uusimaa, Hyvinkää, and Riihimäki, meet clients, and recognize situations where you can add value. You do not wait for opportunities to come to you – you seek them out. You work closely with a skilled HR team to deliver on promises to clients and match the right expertise with the right needs. At the same time, you keep an eye on the market: where is growth happening, who is expanding, and where are the next opportunities. We are looking for A person with a proven track record in goal-oriented sales and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. Your approach is proactive and goal-oriented – you push things forward rather than wait for things to happen. Previous experience in the staffing industry is an advantage. But if you have built your career in manufacturing or industrial sectors, know the field and people, and recognize sales opportunities, we definitely want to hear from you. Employment Details Our offices are located in Hyvinkää and Järvenpää, with partial remote work arrangements possible. The position is full-time and permanent.
