We are hiring an experienced wagon drill operator for complex rock drilling tasks in Leppävirta and the Varkaus region. The project is an overt road tunnel reconstruction expected to last 12–18 months. You will operate drilling equipment (Sandvik Dino DC400), perform daily inspections and maintenance, and execute the drilling work in accordance with project plans and safety instructions. Candidates should have hands-on experience in wagon drilling, ability to work independently, and a proactive attitude toward travel. We value responsible work ethic and smooth collaboration with other site professionals. It is advantageous if the applicant also has excavator driving skills, but not essential. Accommodation is provided by the client and each person has a private room. Salary is negotiable based on experience, either hourly or as a contract project. Workweek runs Mon–Thu with weekends starting after Thursday; overtime and other allowances follow the infra-sector collective agreement.
