Job Description As a construction supervisor, you will act as an expert overseeing construction work in industrial, energy, and data center projects, providing supervision for all technical construction activities. You will ensure that work progresses with quality, on schedule, safely, and in compliance with regulatory requirements, contributing to smooth project execution and handover. Your responsibilities include ensuring that on-site design solutions adhere to project and client specifications, standards, and regulations; supervising construction work on-site and ensuring that work is carried out carefully according to approved plans, specifications, and permits; monitoring progress and coordinating with other parties; ensuring quality and safety; and reporting progress, risks, and deviations to project management. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders, playing a key role in ensuring project progress. We are recruiting personnel for construction sites across Finland. Keys to success in this role You already have practical experience in site supervision on demanding industrial, construction, or infrastructure projects. You have a strong understanding of construction techniques, drawings, and site implementation. You are familiar with Finnish regulations, standards, and safety requirements, and can work independently on-site coordinating with multiple stakeholders. You have a suitable technical educational background, and your language skills enable working in Finnish and English. Experience in energy, industrial, or data center projects, acting as a client or owner’s representative, and knowledge of quality assurance processes in civil construction are also valued.
