Solution Architect - Financial - RED Global - Remote - Global

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a large-scale transformation programme within a financial and digital services environment. This role goes beyond traditional ERP or SAP architecture and focuses on designing scalable, enterprise-wide solutions across financial systems, digital platforms, payment ecosystems, and service integrations. The ideal consultant will have strong experience working across complex enterprise landscapes, integrating multiple services, platforms, and customer-facing applications within fast-paced transformation programmes. Key Responsibilities include defining end-to-end solution architecture, designing integrations, collaborating with teams, supporting governance, working across cloud and microservices, ensuring security and compliance, and participating in reviews and planning. Required experience includes proven enterprise or financial services solution architecture, strong background in integrations, digital platforms, APIs, and distributed systems, experience with payment and transaction systems, broad ERP knowledge, understanding of cloud and modern integration patterns, ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and experience in large transformation programmes. Nice to have skills include retail, banking, payments, enterprise architecture frameworks, event-driven architecture, and microservices. The role is based in Northampton/Northamptonshire, UK, with a hybrid work model. The employment type is Contract, with a 6-month initial contract. The salary is GBP 600 per month, inside IR35.
