Job Description
This is a hands-on Human Resources Generalist role supporting the IFS Ultimo Americas business. The position provides day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on payroll coordination, HRIS management, and administrative execution. The HR Generalist will partner with managers and employees to support core HR processes, ensure accurate and compliant payroll operations, and maintain efficient HR systems and records. This role is ideal for someone with broad HR experience who enjoys both operational and systems-focused work. The ideal candidate will be located near the Pittsburgh, PA area.
