We are looking for service advisors for apron supervision at Rovaniemi Airport for the winter season 2026-2027. As a service advisor, your task is to ensure the smooth travel of every customer and the exceptional customer experience we promise, together with other airport operators. You will meet every passenger with a confident approach and ensure that they want to return to our fields again. As a service advisor, your duties specifically include apron supervision, for which we will train you. The duties of an apron supervisor include aircraft marshalling and security inspection. Your job description also includes guiding and advising passengers. The work requires normal color vision and a B-driver's license. Higher driver's license categories and previous work experience in an airport environment are an advantage. The person selected for the position will undergo a basic security clearance and drug testing, as well as a Peth test measuring high alcohol consumption for those coming to safety-critical tasks. The work is shift work. The employee we are looking for is a team player with a positive attitude, flexible and organized. When working, you naturally handle fast-paced situations and are used to operating under pressure. You can communicate orally and in writing in Finnish and English; other language skills are an advantage. You are the right employee for us if you have eyes in the back of your head and actively observe what is happening around you.
