Job Description
Cafe Monami is looking for an experienced cook who is proficient in preparing a variety of lunch and à la carte dishes. Responsibilities include handling raw ingredients, preliminary preparations, cooking, plating, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. The cook is also responsible for hygiene and self-monitoring, as well as smooth cooperation with the dining area. We value a professional approach, good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Experience in a busy environment and a flexible, proactive work attitude are considered advantages.
