We are looking for a skilled, cheerful, and responsible salad supervisor for the new Factory Ainoa opening in November 2026. The role involves managing the diverse lunch service and providing friendly customer service. The work is primarily morning-oriented. We expect from the applicant: Positive and cheerful attitude, willingness to learn new skills, previous experience in supervisory roles, approachable yet decisive leadership to support the team’s success, good team player capable of training and onboarding new employees, desire to succeed and develop the restaurant and staff, knowledge of the restaurant’s diverse offerings and enthusiasm for innovation, hygiene and alcohol service certificates.
