Job Description
TVO is seeking a Director, Finance and Sustainability to lead and develop the Group’s finance, performance management and sustainability functions at a time of continued operational focus and long‑term transformation. In this role, you will take end‑to‑end responsibility for TVO’s financial performance management, FP&A, business controlling and sustainability agenda. You will ensure high‑quality, reliable and forward‑looking financial steering while continuously developing finance processes, data utilisation and ways of working to support decision‑making across production, projects and group operations. The role combines strong leadership of core finance responsibilities with an active mandate to develop performance management, forecasting and finance processes in close cooperation with business, Digital & Data, and other CFO functions. The role is a member of the CFO management team and reports to the CFO.
