Process Worker, Genencor International Oy - Adecco Finland Oy

We are looking for a Process Supervisor for our client, Genencor International Oy, at the Jokioinen location, for a fixed-term employment starting from early August until the end of 2026. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative team that values problem-solving skills and independent work. The work is part-time and seasonal, averaging about 2 weeks out of 3, but workload may vary according to production schedules. The shift structure is three-shift work. To succeed in this role, you should have a diverse work background with a focus on problem-solving skills. You should be willing to learn new things and able to quickly grasp given instructions. Independence and the ability to follow instructions sensibly are important. Physical fitness is required, as there may be occasional heavy bag handling. Having process control training is an advantage but not essential. You may also be new to working life; a proactive attitude and motivation are key.
