Early Childhood Education Teacher, Lehmuslinnan Daycare - Sipoon kunta Sibbo kommun - Sipoo, Finland

We are seeking a full-time and a fixed-term early childhood education teacher for Lehmuslinnan Daycare in Nikkilä, Sipoo, starting August 3, 2026, until July 31, 2027. The daycare has one under-3-year-old group and two over-3-year-old groups, with flexible age structures. Our values include individual encounters, community, and children's participation. We observe children's play, consider their interests, and involve them in daily planning and environment building. We implement theme-based activities and project-based pedagogy based on children's interests. We also move and play in small groups, sometimes crossing boundaries.
