Solution Consultant (Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations) - Digia - Remote - Global

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations -team is looking for a new colleague primarily in Helsinki, Tampere, or Turku, but remote work is also possible from other locations. The Solution Consultant (Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations) will participate in diverse new customer projects. Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, defining requirements, project management related to system deliveries, planning, and system configuration. In customer interface, our consultants work in pairs with an architect or technical expert. You may also participate in planning suitable projects for customers already in the sales phase, jumping in early. We expect several years of experience with Microsoft D365 for Finance and Operations, either from the vendor or customer side as an administrator. Knowledge of business processes in at least one area/module: inventory, manufacturing, procurement, sales, projects, maintenance, and services. Industry-specific experience is valued. You are curious, proactive problem solver, adaptable to changing situations. Customer satisfaction is natural and very important to you. The role requires some travel within Finland and fluent Finnish and sufficient English skills.
