Our Analytics & AI team, part of Audit & Assurance, is a young, growing team developing solutions that transform audits through automation and AI, helping clients make better data-driven decisions. You will be exposed to a broad range of tasks that develop your skills quickly, including connecting to data sources, modeling ETL processes, designing AI products, building dashboards, and advising clients on AI and efficiency. You will work across teams with data engineers, AI specialists, and consultants. We work with tools like Alteryx, Power BI, Python, C#, and Azure, and are always looking for new technologies. Experience with these tools is a plus, but willingness to learn is most important. You should enjoy solving complex problems, be proactive, and thrive in a culture that values knowledge sharing. You will complete higher education in data technology, economics, informatics, business analytics, or similar by summer 2027, with good skills in Norwegian and English.
