Operations Support Manager / Control Center Lead - Unikie Oy - Remote - Global

We are looking for a Senior Operations Leader with experience in mission-critical environments, such as Operations Center, NOC, SOC, fleet operations, SRE, industrial automation, and technical support. The role involves building and managing a global support capability for Unikie Marshalling Solution, a driverless automated driving system used in vehicle depots, factories, and logistics yards. Responsibilities include designing support models, establishing operational excellence, leading incident and service operations, defining KPIs, and scaling the support team. The candidate should have strong incident management skills, experience in designing support organizations, familiarity with monitoring systems, ticketing platforms, ITIL practices, and operate in high-reliability environments. The role requires stakeholder coordination, travel willingness, and personal flexibility in a global setting. Locations: Tampere, Helsinki.
