Engineering Manager, tekninen laskenta ja simulointi - Comatec Mobility Oy - Tampere, Finland

We are looking for an Engineering Manager for our Tampere office to lead the technical calculation and simulation unit. In this responsible and versatile role, you will combine customer work, team leadership, and technical expertise. You will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 20 people. The team works on, among other things, strength and flow calculations. You will act as the team leader and be part of Comatec Mobility Oy's management team, with a focus on the technical side of customer projects. Responsibilities include providing technical support, customer meetings, sales, recruitment, administrative tasks, project monitoring, and service development. The workplace is Tampere, hybrid model, some travel involved.
