Interim Group Financial Controller - Nordhealth Oy - Remote - Global

We're looking for an experienced Interim Group Financial Controller to cover a 15-month maternity leave, leading group-level financial processes during a period of continued growth and integration across our veterinary and therapy verticals. Reporting to the Head of Financial Control, you'll work closely with our Financial Controllers for Veterinary and Therapy to ensure timely, accurate, and insightful group reporting. Your key responsibilities include owning the monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation across all subsidiaries in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment, leading the group close process, supporting IFRS transition projects, preparing group-level management reporting, overseeing intercompany reconciliations, and coordinating with entity-level controllers to ensure consistency in accounting treatment. The role requires a strong knowledge of IFRS and Finnish Accounting Standards, hands-on experience with consolidation tools and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), and fluency in English. Finnish language skills and experience in a fast-growing SaaS environment are advantageous.
